#.blogit #color #contrast #macos #urlhandler | I'm a big fan of [Sip](https://sipapp.io), an outstanding color picker for Mac. This tip will only be useful to a few people, but I was pleased to discover that they've added a url scheme which, among other things, allows you to directly open the contrast checker with any two colors in HEX or RGBA format.

SwiftDefaultApps: Replacement for RCDefaultApps

#.blogit #macos #urlhandler #uti | RCDefaultApps was a cool Mac utility for controlling what apps owned which filetypes and url handlers. It kind of faded away around macOS 10.12, but SwiftDefaultApps modernizes and revives it. Seems to be working well for me.
