Textastic - Text, Code, and Markup Editor for Mac OS X

The latest release adds sidebar enhancements and fixes a few sandboxing issues. It's not replacing Sublime Text for me, but it's quite impressive for the price tag ($8.99).

App Store Quickview

It loads up the web preview for any app that you hover over, preventing you from having to click in, click back and re-scroll. It's a huge timesaver considering the terrible speed at which the App Store loads pages. ★★★★★
