Ian Gable made a quick mod to my [watch.rb script](http://brettterpstra.com/2011/03/07/watch-for-file-changes-and-refresh-your-browser-automatically/) to make it work better with static site generators that are modifying multiple files at once. It allows you to watch a single file for changes so you're not triggering the update script repeatedly.
