I found it while looking for a way to automate the creation of OS X Saved Searches. I haven't tested it far enough to be sure it's a perfect solution, but it's a great idea.

A great little Perl script for more complex CLI tag searches than my little bash function does. Handles complex boolean searches with "+" and "-" prefixes for AND searches and excludes.
